 If the eyes are used in the strobe light, the ciliary muscle is constantly enlarged and contracting, always in a tense state of movement, will not only increase fatigue, resulting in immunity decline, but also may have sour, tears and even vertigo. In the long run, it is very easy to appear distraction, vision loss, pseudomyopia and even true myopia and other problems.

Although many people have recognized the importance of eye protection and actively wear glasses, the impact of lighting has not been fully emphasized. When choosing lamps and lanterns, must remember not to choose too bright, pure white or partial blue white light lamp, light yellow light is more conducive to protect vision. Buy unblinking eye protection lights as much as possible to avoid frequent flashing eye irritation and fatigue. When indoor illumination is not sufficient, need to use desk lamp, let the light maintain tilt Angle as far as possible, avoid light reflection directly into the eye.
